Tasting Notes:
“Aromas of dark cherry, red currant, oak toast and vanilla intertwine with subtle pepper, cinnamon and Christmas spice. These aromas carry over to the palate where the fresh fruit and spice integrate seamlessly with a fresh acidity and soft tannin. A balanced wine with liveliness and texture that will accompany a wide range of delicious cuisine.” – Sam Dunleavy

Early and excellent flowering and fruit set was followed by cool conditions over December. This was followed by a long, warm, Indian summer, enabling the fruit to hang out on the vine producing unusually powerful flavour development for an elegantly lean body.
