Tasting Notes:
A medium ruby red colour with a perfumed nose of rose petal, raspberry and red cherry integrate with hints of chocolate and an underlying white pepper spice.
Those aromas carry over to the palate where flavours of raspberry, red cherry and floral notes fill the mouth with a touch of peppery spice. The wine is elegant with a fresh acidity, medium tannin and medium body, all combining into a pleasant mouthfeel.

Early and excellent flowering and fruit set was followed by cool conditions over December. This was followed by a long, warm, Indian summer, enabling the fruit to hang out on the vine producing unusually powerful flavour development for an elegantly lean body.
