There’s a new butcher in town.

Before opening the latest iteration of The Waiheke Butcher, Wade spent years producing some of New Zealand’s most loved charcuterie under the L’Authentique banner. Now, alongside Lisa and their team, he’s returned to the traditions of the village butcher, bringing that same craft and care to their new shop on Waiheke.

For one night only, we’re bringing that story to the table.

Chef Rowan and the team at The Shed at Te Motu will present a special set-course dinner built around exceptional cuts from The Waiheke Butcher, paired alongside Te Motu’s estate red wines grown here in the Onetangi Valley.
