Te Motu Vineyard – Return & Refund Policy
At Te Motu Vineyard, we are committed to providing our customers with premium experiences and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Wine & Merchandise
We take great care in the handling and shipping of our wine and merchandise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@temotu.co.nz.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • We do not accept returns on opened bottles (unless the wine is deemed faulty).

Event Tickets & Experiences
Event bookings (e.g. tastings, dinners, private events) are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another date or person at our discretion. If you need to change your booking, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Refunds
If a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For faulty wines (e.g. cork taint), please retain the bottle (with wine inside) and contact us for assessment and replacement or refund.

3. Shipping & Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
