By placing an order or booking a service with Te Motu Vineyard, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request valid ID upon delivery or attendance at events.

2. Licensing
Te Motu Vineyard is a licensed New Zealand wine producer and operates under an Off Licence as per the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Our licence permits us to promote and deliver wine via mail order or through direct sale channels.

3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. Due to seasonal production and limited release wines, some products may not always be in stock. Te Motu reserves the right to:

Limit purchase quantities per customer,

Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice due to market, vintage, or governmental conditions.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other secure payment gateways. We may request additional verification for larger orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Once dispatched, Te Motu is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Customers must ensure someone 18+ is available to receive wine deliveries. Delivery may be refused without valid ID.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Damaged or faulty products may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
